Multi-camera production provided by our team in conjunction with NOX Audiovisual & Goodstory (camera operators) streamed directly to the client’s Facebook page at 720p50 HD (the maximum allowed by Facebook) at four separate bitrates to ensure viewers could watch along regardless of their internet speed.
Integration of the client’s logos and other visual elements (call to actions, hashtags, event content) as well as a picture in picture to show PowerPoint presentations. Customised holding slides & countdowns for each live stream kept viewers updated with when the event was starting and let them know where they could get more information about the event.
During breaks or when attendees were participating in writing exercises, presenters would speak directly to live stream viewers through an onstage camera, answering questions and providing extra value.
In terms of reach, the Foundation saw an increase in organic reach of almost 6,300%. In the few months in the lead up to the event, the page saw an average of 50 unique post views per day. During the five days and the month that followed, each live post saw an average of 3,200 unique post views, for a total of more than 16,000 unique post views.
In terms of engagement, the Foundation was getting relatively low engagement from their followers on posts in the lead up to the event (23 per post). Across the 5 days of the event, the live posts saw an average of 964 engagements per post, with one of the sessions seeing a huge 3,976 engagements alone.

Multi-camera production provided by our team in conjunction with NOX Audiovisual streamed directly to a custom-built portal designed & developed by our in-house team. This portal handled user registration, payment for access and hosted the live stream itself, as well as other event materials like workbooks and speaker presentations.
Streamed at 1080p50 with the full event available within 2 hours for users to watch again. Our platform takes the Full HD live stream and creates multiple versions so that users on varying devices and internet speeds can all watch the event.

During a Q&A session with the keynote speaker, our on-page chat box allowed viewers to get their questions answered directly from the stage.
With the live stream access only released 15 days out from the event itself, our client sold more than 350 tickets to the live stream equaling more than $8,000 of profit, with no extra work or investment from the client.
Furthermore, the client was able to reach these 350 people and share with them content and learnings that they otherwise would not have been able to experience.
